    Very pretty pink cotton calico print Civil War or Victorian skirt.  It is hand made and has pleats all around the waist.  There is a pretty ruffle at the hem with bow accents.  It has a hook and eye closure at the waist.  43" long, it can be worn over a hoop.  The waist is 28 1/2" around.  It is fully lined.  Gently worn and in great shape.
