    Description

    This new, over-hoop petticoat is made of 100% cotton with a cotton/poly eyelet ruffle at the bottom.
    A  sturdy self-fabric drawstring waist makes it very adaptable garment.  The front of the petticoat is gathered onto a flat waistband which makes for less bulk at the front waist.
    All of the long seams are flat felled for durability.
    The back portion of the petticoat is tightened with a drawstring which ties at the side. (Much easier when you are dressing yourself.) The  drawstring waist extends to about 52" when fully expanded and narrows down to fit a 26" waist. The petticoat is 37' long and can easily be shortened by adding a tuck or two above the  lace layer. (It should measure about 3" shorter than your dress.)
    The bottom circumference is 144 ".  The petticoat is shown over a 3 bone hoop in the first 5 pictures. It will fit most hoops with the exception of a wide 6-bone hoop.
