he cord & plug are not deteriorated or damaged in any way.
The INSTRUCTIONS page is a single sheet of cardboard and does have some age-browned areas (see photos)
. Unfortunately, the Betsy McCall Fashion Designer cardboard box is not included because the poor tattered thing was only half there and falling apart   :<(
    However,
some of the box lid pieces are included.
    The condition
    of the
Betsy McCall Fashion Designer Kit Accessories (Used to Design Clothes for Betsy McCall Paper Dolls) is overall very good.

8 of 12 (Dixon Color Ups) color pencils - somewhat used
Plastic Pencil Case - in Very Good shape with (amazingly) no tears
Eraser with Brush - somewhat used
    Orange Rubbing Holder - undamaged
Pencil Sharpener - cute pink color
There are 12 (7 uncut + 5 partially cut) 1960's McCall's Magazine pages which vary in condition but are pretty Good for the most part (please see photos and check details below). One page has more fragile darker age-browned paper (Oliver); the other pages are various shades of lightly age-browned with some creasing and scattered soiling.
    Betsy Finds a Treasure
    (1966)
slightly age-browned paper with some light soiling and a crease across the middle
Betsy and the Big news (1965)
slightly age-browned paper with a crease across the middle of the page
    Betsy's Wonderful Christmas
    (1964)
slightly age-browned paper and a 1" closed tear above Betsy's head
Betsy Goes to a Country Auction
    (1965)
slightly age-browned paper + a crease, corner-fold, closed tears and tiny tape
Betsy Visits "Oliver" (1963) is whiter paper with some light soiling in a few places plus some minor wrinkles.
Betsy, Linda, & the Easter Rabbit (1963) is age-browned with a partial cut across the middle of the page and the paper is much more delicate/fragile than the others here with a few small pieces of old brown tape.
Betsy Goes Camping (one copy-1963)) is more creased with whiter paper and the area around Betsy has been cut - then she has been replaced using small pieces of old brown tape.
Betsy Writes From Italy (1963) is creased across the middle with some soiling, a tear and Betsy mostly cut out but left in place.
    Nosey Becomes a Father
    (1963)
has some old tape and is soiled with a crease in the middle - unfortunately Betsy is MIA!
Betsy Goes Camping (another copy-1963) is heavily creased with whiter paper and has Betsy cut out and lightly attached in the upper left. The area with her clothes was cut then replaced using larger pieces of old tape.
Betsy Writes a Letter From Camp (1965 - barely visible between Betsy's feet) is lightly browned paper with a partial cut across the paper where Betsy has been cut out and taped back into place with small pieces of old tape; corners look somewhat creased and/or torn.
Betsy and the FUNICEF (1965) is whiter paper with some light soiling in a few places plus some minor wrinkles
    From a smoke-free home.
What you see in the photos is what will be shipped to you – no stock photos used.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like ....or use the "contact seller" link
to express any concerns you might have.
I will try to get items to the post office and on their way to you within 1-2 days, depending upon whether it is a weekday or weekend sale.
However, these days we all know that mail delivery times are totally unpredictable.
Hopefully it will help that most items are shipped with tracking and/or delivery confirmation –  ”most”
because it would be silly to pay .00 for tracking and/or confirmation on a item
.  I’m also happy to combine shipping for multiple items – just need an email request to make it happen. If used, delivery confirmation confirms delivery to prevent fraudulent charge-backs of claimed unreceived items. So if you are checking a delivery confirmation number, the first time you see any data about your package might be when it first gets to your post office (not as informative as tracking).
In general, shipping will be as low as I can get it. If I end up being able to ship for less than predicted, I'm happy to reimburse the difference. The two most popular shipping choices will be:
    USPS Economy Mail
    or
USPS Media Mail. If shipping a non-sport trade card(s) – the cost depends upon weight.
Ebay rules state:  One single sealed pack or up to 15 standard raw cards per package weighing
    :
    1oz =
    {{detail_product_description}}.51
    2oz =
    {{detail_product_description}}.71
    3oz =
    {{detail_product_description}}.91
In a few rare cases (buyer notified), the shipping cost might include a modicum of insurance.
    LOCAL PICK-UP IS FREE.
Returns:  almost all items will be USED (not new) and therefore sold AS-IS.  In general, I tend to be detail-conscious, so the specifics of condition should be reflected in item photos and descriptions. However, if it turns out that I do miss a defect in an item, accidentally omit something or make an error in the description, please let me know and I will fix it. Since ebay limits the number of photo postings per item, I will sometimes take a variety of extra photos for purposes of discussion in case the need should arise.
To keep prices down, no returns on new items either.
Payment: payment should be made promptly (within a day or so) to avoid having an item “waiting in the wings” before it can be boxed up for shipment.  A lengthy “hanging around” time could cause an unboxed item to end up getting mailed to the wrong person  :<(
Feedback:  I am new at this, so if you have a positive experience, I would
    appreciate your feedback
    .
    Thanks
    :<)
