Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still place your order and pay with credit card using PayPal to process the payment.
A VAT Invoice will be sent via e-Mail once your order has been dispatched, If for some reason you do not receive it, please contact us via eBay messaging system and we will get one sent to you.
99% of orders received by 12PM are dispatched on the same day Monday - Friday. (Orders received on Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday). We send low-weight items via Royal Mail, who usually deliver UK orders within 2-5 days. EU & USA orders within 5-8 days, and rest of the world in 8-21 days (these are estimated dates only, and your orders may arrive quicker or take a little longer depending on such things as Customs which are out of our control). We ask that for international items, if you have not received your item after 28 days have passed to get in touch with us via the eBay messaging system.
Heavier items are delivered by DPD Local in the UK and close European Neighbours. Other locations may need to have separate courier arrangements.
Please be aware that items below 2kg are sent by a safe but un-tracked service. The items will have a 'delivery confirmation' tracking number which is only updated once the items have physically been delivered. Items over 2kg will usually be sent by a tracked service, and you will be advised of the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

It is very rare that orders are lost in transit - however, sometimes it can happen. Please contact us and we can investigate & resolve. However, please bear in mind regional variations in delivery times as described above, and seasonal variations due to public holidays.
