Craft-e-Corner processes orders within 1-5 business day of receiving payment. We ship Domestically via US Postal Service, DHL Global Mail, FedEx, and UPS. Which service is used to ship your product will depend on several factors, including the items you've purchased, where the package is shipping, and the overall weight of your package
For STANDARD SHIPPING - via USPS First Class Mail, DHL Global Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground - typical delivery time is 2-9 business days after the order is processed. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.)
For EXPEDITED SHIPPING - via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3 day (depending on weight of package) - typical delivery is 2-3 business days after the order is processed. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.) Expedited shipping may not be available for your purchase; please contact us for further details.
All of our shipping services include delivery confirmation. When your package label is processed within our facility, you will receive e-mail communication. It will include your tracking number which can be used 24-48 hours after receipt of e-mail for tracking purposes.
Please limit address lines to 30 characters or less and remove any extra punctuation characters from your address lines (especially commas). If you are international or have foreign characters in your name or address, please provide your name in English to prevent errors on your shipping label.
International
We ship Internationally via DHL Global Mail. Most packages are delivered within 2-4 weeks and often do not have tracking once they leave the US ("Processing completed at origin").
Custom delays do happen throughout the year and especially around holidays. Craft-e-Corner has no knowledge of how long a package will take to process through customs, please plan your purchase accordingly with enough time for a potential delay in customs. For international transactions, we are not allowed to collect tariffs, duties, or customs fees which are specific to your country. (Buyers are responsible for paying ANY ADDITIONAL fees as required your country.) We are not able to mark an item as a gift on a customs form, as a way to avoid certain duties, tariffs, or customs fees. U.S. law prohibits submitting false or misleading customs information.

Returns
RETURN POLICY:
All items purchased as NEW must be returned as NEW, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund within 3 business days.
For damaged or missing items upon delivery, please contact us directly and we will work towards a speedy resolution.
If your item is determined to have a manufacturer defect, the manufacturer will be best able to address your needs. Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
