The Allen-Bradley 1784-PCM5 Series B Communication Cable is used to connect 1784-PCMK Series B PCMCIA Communication Card to the following Allen-Bradley processors: PLC-2 or Mini-PLC-2 processor (via 1785-KA3), PLC-3 processor (via 1775-S5), PLC-3/10 processor (via 1775-SR5), PLC-5/10, -5/12, -5/15, or -5/25 processors (via 9-pin D-shell connector).
Miscellaneous:
This 1784-PCM5/B Cable connects the 1784-PCMK/B card to a PLC-2, PLC-3, or PLC-5 processor for DH+ communication. The cable also connects the 1784-PCMK/B card to enhanced PLC-5 processors via an 8-pin mini-DIN connector and 1784-CP7. This allows for the connection to the following PLC-5 processors: PLC-5/11, PLC-5/20, PLC-5/20C, PLC-5/20E, PLC-5/30, PLC-5/40, PLC-5/40C, PLC-5/40E, PLC-5/40L, PLC-5/60, PLC-5/60C, PLC-5/60L, PLC-5/80, PLC-5/80C (enhanced). For use with 1784-PCMK Series B only.
